MEP
MGK Engineering provides full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for residential and small commercial projects. Massoud handles every phase directly — from HVAC permit drawings and gas line packages to electrical service upgrades, fire alarm system design, load letters for ConEd and PSE&G, and plumbing design for domestic water and sanitary systems.

Structural
MGK provides structural engineering support for residential projects, including wall removals, deck and pergola design, and load assessments. This service is particularly useful for renovation projects where a contractor needs a structural evaluation or stamped drawing alongside MEP work.
We also provide architectural drawings.

Forensic
MGK offers forensic engineering services for electrical accidents, defects, and code violations. Massoud prepares official PE reports for insurance claims, legal proceedings, and regulatory compliance. His background in electrical engineering makes him particularly well suited for forensic investigations involving electrical systems and fire alarm failures.
Who We Work With
MGK Engineering's clients are typically contractors, property managers, and building owners who need a licensed PE for permit drawings, sign-and-seal, or code-compliance work on smaller residential and commercial projects. Many come to MGK because larger firms aren't set up for fast turnaround on focused scopes — a single HVAC replacement, a gas line drawing, a fire alarm package for a small commercial space.
Others are developers or architects who need MEP support on a project that doesn't justify a full-service firm. In all cases, clients work directly with Massoud — there's no project coordinator in between, no hand-offs, and no delays waiting for someone to relay information.
MGK does not send drawings abroad to be completed by someone else, as is becoming increasingly common. Everything is handled locally with attention and care for the people who use these buildings and spaces.
